Founder's Letter

"Help You Learn" is inspired by a personal journey from trauma to triumph and all of the support I've received on my way from people with kind hearts and minds. It is my honor to pay forward in this way and to hopefully inspire others with my story. We are in charge of our fate. What happened to me is not as important as what I do next. May all beings be liberated from their pain and find a way to live a healthy and a happy life full of joy.
